No doctor-patient relationship. Nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship. Please don’t include personal health information in the contact form or in emails, as this site is not a secure way to share it.
Breathing and meditation practices. The practices shared here are for general wellbeing and exploration. Gentle, slow breathing is generally low risk. Stronger breathwork, such as rapid breathing or long breath holds, can cause lightheadedness or fainting and may not be suitable for everyone, including people who are pregnant or who have epilepsy, heart or blood pressure conditions, or respiratory issues. Never practice in water or while driving, and check with your doctor first if you’re unsure.
Personal perspectives. Some content on this site, including discussions of consciousness, energy, and spiritual traditions, reflects personal and philosophical perspectives and not established scientific findings. Published research is identified as such, and hypotheses are labeled as hypotheses.
Outside content. Interviews, podcasts, links, and community submissions reflect the views of their hosts, guests, and authors.
